Our brewhouse is a steam heated 3.9bbl facility from Specific Mechanical. It features a mash tun/boil kettle (left) and a lauter tun/whirlpool combo (right). There is an additional cereal cooker that allows us to brew in the German tradition employing decoction techniques for those recipes that can benefit from it. We brew 2-4 times per week, and brew twice to complete a batch and fill our double sized fermenters. We have 3 primary fermenters and 2 bright tanks in our basement as well as 8 serving tanks that deliver the fresh beer to the taps. We feature 4 flagship recipes as well as up to an additional 4-7 seasonal recipes at any given time.
At this time we do not have any public tours as we are a very small production facility, however, if you catch a brewer during the lautering process feel free to ask any questions you may have!

Every Wednesday we're tapping Special Casks of our House Brewed Beer. The beer is very fresh and poured by gravity alone. 100% natural carbonation. You never know what it is going to be - dry hopped versions of our regular or seasonal beers, flavor-infused beers (tea, coffee, peppers, spices, etc), or beers fermented by different/unique yeast strains.
