We doubled a traditional pilsener recipe and brewed this one using the traditional German brewing technique of single-decoction. Pilsener malts and kettle sugar boost the alcohol content. The result is a hearty pilsener that is not too sweet and complimented with a bouquet of German Hallertau hops.
